In Memory
I want to pay tribute to Elder Joseph B. Wirthlin, who passed away yesterday at the age of 91. I always looked forward to hearing his gentle voice during General Conferences. He will be missed.
He's probably playing football again. With his wife as a cheerleader. I'm going to go download a couple of his talks to hear his voice. He always had a very soothing tone.
He gave one of my all-time favorite conference talks: "The Abundant Life", April 2006. I will definitely miss his words of wisdom.
